I dont think I can make the festival, but appreciate the message. I find it really hard to eat Vegan. Then again I also find it tough not to smoke and drink. I dont really get the wholeness derived from food discipline that some people have. I like this Blogs reading list and words o wisdom, though. I know Bif has a lot of tatoos (according to her) and goes to the gym, which I get. (Although I personally have to head back to the gym, ect.) When I think about it, exercise without a healthy diet is unadvantageous (a matter of plain old smarts, nothing more…) Anyhow, I will never have the discipline that Bif has in certain areas (like food) and that suits me fine. If I tried to be aware of every little germ I would have to grow my own food and then scrub it with a wire brush and bleach. It may sound gross but I used to do that, the scrubbing part that is. I really dont like food to be the centre of my life or routine. But I must comend someone like Bif for all her discipline while working on the road especially. I know that if I was her and the guys stopped for donuts I would want to have a few. I love Tim Hortons. Especially their coffee. Walnut Crunch donuts are also very tasty. Yes I said tasty. But I really must keep my confessions shorter. Sorry for the rant! PEACE
