GratefulGrrrl…

Namaste and SussreekallSalamHowdyHo, Yo! All of you beautifulbeautiful people are the inspiration of the core feeling I walk around with:
GRATITUDE
Fuck, you’re awesome! LOL!
And I am grateful for my nimble fingers and their feeble attempts to type this. Grateful for the ability to use my hands. Grateful for my thoughts (even the selfdeprication, or the ChatteringMonkeyMind thoughts). Grateful for my vision, that I can see to type. Grateful for my ability to string a sentence together (sorta). Grateful for the sounds of the Alicia Keys rekkid (The Element of Freedom) I’m listening to (yeah, I bought it yesterday, in a store) thankful for my hearing, tinnitus-be-damned! Haha!
Grateful I can poop without a bag.
Grateful for the bananas I ate, quietly, at breakfast.
Grateful for the four walls I live in.
Grateful for my rubber rainboots.
Grateful for my flossing habit (no cavities!).
Grateful for my safe sleeping environment.
Grateful for the petrol in my car (and grateful, this week, for my car as I was babysitting Shaggy and I had to get back-n-forth from my place to EastVan with two dogs:couldn’t have done it on a bicycle, sorry….and though SOME people can, I am not that capable on a bike!! LOL!)
Grateful for my hair, no matter HOW much I whine about lookin like GaryShandling, because LAST year my head was bald and cold!!!
Grateful for my socks-with-bananas-on-em’! (Thanks, Mom!)
Grateful for solid sleep (even if it averadges three hrs per night).
Grateful for every eyelash.
Grateful for every breath Nicklas takes into his little angelbabydog body!! *beam*
Grateful for stamina.
Grateful for steely steel will!
Grateful for hemp.
Grateful for clean water to shower in everysingleday.
Grateful for a computer (yes, my handmedown MacBook from 07 I LOVE it!)
Grateful for bbc online, as a result.
Grateful for shanepowers.com, for that matter.
Grateful for my parents’ sense of humor.
Grateful for ice cubes.
Grateful for Primo Levi and Irving Layton books.
Grateful for Vancouver because I live here and may always….
Unless I move to Hawaii to live on a papaya farm! LOL!
I’m grateful for my history and everything that I’ve ever seen and done, especially alll the “bad” things because I’ve never held a grudge and live a life of non-judgement (a much as possible…..but I’m not a cop or animal cop—>if I WAS I would probably be so disillusioned all the time coming across cruelty and injustice….) You know what I mean, Jellybeans?
Anyway…..
I am grateful for this moment in my existence, and everymoment thereafter. I feel very lucky a lot of the time. Always have.
I got that P.M.A. !
(Positive mental attitude)
And, as you see in today’s photographic-submission-par-moi, I am grateful for these dishes.
I LOVE washingdishes. Seriously. I am a highly skilled dishwalla. Now, in my place, I have an automatic dishwashing machine. I don’t want to use it as it robs me of the simplistic mindful deliberation of dishwashing. But sometimes, say, after a big dinner where I’ve cooked for+fed a lot of peeps, I am grateful for having it.
And the plates.
And the food that went on the plates.
Yup. Fuckin’ grateful.
Its a week-from-Christmas….so be careful, out there, because people are going apeshit. LOL!
Have a lovely, Righteous weekend. Be kind-to others AND to yourself. Be happy. Feel good.
Breathe. And do the dishes in the sink. You’ll be grateful you did! Blessings and Sai Ram.
Hare Krishna.
Love,
Biffy
Xxoxo

If you love washing dishes, you’d have a party at my house! Lol! I’m grateful for my dishwasher because I’m such a busy bee that I don’t have the time to wash them by hand.
The thing about the Christmas season.. Is people are supposed to be joyful. But they go nuts instead! People at the stores are rude and they shove and they roll your eyes if they get stuck behind people who move slower (like old folks in scooters).
I’m not quite finished my gift giving yet. It’s the best part for me.. Watching people open up their gifts I gave them and seeing their eyes light up!
I even bought little mini stockings for my kitties. Awwww!!!!!
Happy Holidays!

Anyone who DOESN’T <3 Vancouver needs to take a walk along false creek, lean on the fence and sit there and absorb the city.
I am grateful for friends, laughter and hugs. Lots and lots of hugs.

Being greateful requires a certain amount of humbleness. How do you do it all, Bif? I have been a certain, stumbling, bumbling, Master of Disaster as of late…I have to be much more greateful. And, not give my little ‘ol self so much weight! Monkey Mind! Monkey brains! Sober reflection. Scary! With gratitude to bloggers; may I find more of others and less of the me which torments Me. Merry XMAS

Thanks for the reminder. Now is definitely a good to time to reflect and be grateful. Although, its kinda funny to me that you are grateful you dont have to poop in a bag, and I am grateful that I do. I think the things that I struggle with the most are also the things that I am most grateful for.
