The Law of Fashion…

Namaste and Salaam to all you Beautiful, Lovely People.
I hope everyone is enjoying everything in your day, and the last days of August find you in a state of bliss and fun!! Can I get a kazooo(for fun) and some rose petals to throw into the air for you(for beauty) and can I get a “hell yeah!” For motto!!!!! :)
I have had a pretty stimulating week, indeed. On very little sleep (the unfolding journey of insomnia) I managed to get killer workouts, grounding yoga, and healthy food all while dragging everyone around me through my “positive mental attitude” trip! LOL! Nicklas even got a haircut and got lots of hillwalks (due to last week’s discovery of his weight-gain!).
AND I PLAYED MY HOMETOWN SHOW AT THE COMMODORE BALLROOM!!!!! YAAAAAY!!!
That was SOFUCKINAWESOME!! So truly immeasurably fun! Flavio, jason, Jacen and I powered through a rock set that was infused with sheer LOVENERGY, man! I was over the moon! I LOVE you guys! Fuck! That was soooo fun and I had been looking foreward to it for a longlong time…I think it represented a real “psychological milestone” for me, as that place is my old stompin’ grounds, gig-wise. *beam*
I also HAVE to tell you about my newest inspiration: BRITTANY LAW.
She is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of stylerepublicmagazine.com and she RULES!!!!!! She is the quintessential Fashion Guru and I am soooo into this girl!!!
In fact, you guys KNOW the hours I keep (I am an earlybird) and it takes a lot to get me out to “parties” or anything…but I COULD NOT MISS The SummerSoiree launch party for StyleRepublicMagazine!!! (See photo of moi and the lovely Brittany Law!!!)
Can we say, “Grrl Power”! I am enamoured by lots of inspiring women, and I have to include Brittany Law. She sets the example and sets the bar higher, proving that a grrl can do EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING she dreams of doing! Wow! Fuck yeah, Brittany!
Brilliant, strong, and beautiful, you are an example of WOMAN to whom I look!! Om Nama Shivaya. I just LOVED the whole experience at Sanafir (Sanafir.ca) where the event was held! It was all so fancy and magical!
I will always be happy I had the opportunity to meet Brittany, and I will be following her blog www.stylerepublicmagazine.com/blog
Religiously!!!!!
Check it out!!!!
I am sending you all my wishes for your ULTIMATE HAPPINESS everyday and may you be empowered, healthy, and feel good about life everyday. Life gets pretty silly..just remember that! “Silly” is manageable. We can overcome anything. We can do anything. We can achieve anything. Just keep laughin’ along the way, clean-up realgood, and be nice to people. Everything else takes care of itself. Om Nama Shivaya. Om Sai Ram.
Love and Highest Blessings,
Biffy

Omg Bif last night’s show was awesome! You sounded and looked stellar! It was so exciting!! I took a million pictures to share with all my fellow Bif fans across the country. It’s so cool how you brought us all together! Even though I saw you just last July, this show was really special because The Commodore is where Silvio and I met *gush!*
when we saw you back in 2006.
Keep rawkin’ pretty lady!

I have a question: Since chemo, do you ever feel like you don’t and will never have the same amount of energy that you once had? I’ve never experienced chemo or anything cancer-related personally, but I’ve heard from a couple people that they never feel quite the same and one of them is a lot like you – he eats healthy, he exercises daily, and he’s got a great spirit and a wonderful attitude about life.
I think it’s great that you’ve found someone that you feel like you can really look up to. I hope you realize (and I’m sure you already do) that so many of your fans look up to you the way you look up to Brittany. And it’s all cuz you ROCK! So keep on ROCKIN! I hope your tour is going smoothly. It sounds like a lot of fun!
