Everyone is SOOOOfuckin’awesome coming to the shows and making us look good to the promoters (cuz the shows all “sellout” and that makes’ the promoters “happy”) and it makes me feel BLESSED!!!
Thank you for coming!! Thank you my wonderful friends. I am so happy everynight when we take the stage (even though I know you know I know you know I get three hours’ sleep every night and often squeak my way through the set, feel embarrassed about my fuckin’curlyweirdpost-chemo hair, and battle dizziness during some of the set) you guys never let me feel stupid and I LOVE you for that!!!!!!!!!!! You are THE BEST!!! *beam*
Jacen and Jason sing backups and harmonies with me and they are sooooooooo good. Honestly, they are both vocalists and they NEVER lose their voice. Never. LOL! But a lady once told me that “women have trouble singin’ rock music because their vocal chords are smaller/skinnier than mens’” or something. I don’t know if I believe that generalization. But, I DO know they get way more sleep (like 10hrs a day!) And they eat meat (another thing that is CONSTANTLY told to me, “meat eaters sleep better/ more energy/etc”) and, big shocker, I say, “WhatEVVVVVVer!!!!!”
Flavio is the BEST drummer I have ever met and everyoneeverywhere knows him by reputation. He sweats the most on stage (I mean LOOK at how physical his job is! He must expend, like, 4000 calories-per-show!!) Then, I sweat the second most (I blame TangoShoes for that! LOL!) Then Jacen then Jason (in that order) and I mean SWEATY!!!!!! I thought I would take a photo of us RIGHT BEFORE we left to take the stage (as pictured, above, taken on bus). Yeah…I know we all got those red eyes. What can I say? Its just my wee camera I been using for four years (and if we can recall my LAST camera was *gasp* STOLEN by someone on a videoshoot…..um I think it was the “MyGreatestMasterpiece” video??? I can’t REMEMBER! I have, like, 25 videos or something??? Hahaha! Don’t quote me on that………I don’t even remember how many TATOOS I have for God’s sake! Um….like..44tattoos??? Hahahaha!)
Anyhoo…I hope you like the photo of “before show”. :)
(The “after show” photo is yet to come…usually I’m too busy puttin my pyjamas on and scarfing down, like, SIX oranges in a desperate-dehydrated-tizzy! Haha!)
Our tour has been so much fun I can’t believe time is flying so fast!
Seems like only yesterday I was in my beloved Rainforest home with my babydog in the ocean-front dogpark he gets to poop in each morning.
No. I can NOT think about Nicklas when I’m away from him so we will not discuss further, today.
We are in Gorgeous Saskachewan, now, and winding our way through QuapelleValley, etc. I love this country! Love it! I see beauty everywhere. In everything. Om Nama Shivaya.
And I see so much beauty in your faces everysinglenight I am sooooooo moved+inspired by EACH of you. Prema Om. Shanti Om. You make me deleriously happy. Thank you. :)

Glad to hear everythings going so well on tour. Also its awesome all of the shows are sold out. I’m crossing my fingers that your popularity will grow to the point your people will send you on tour in the US. It has been my dream to meet you in person since I was a fan like 10 yrs ago…your halfway point but I am always the last one to the party! hope your birthday was f****ng awesome! I would like to thank you, Bif (and your band, as well as Scatterheart and The Manvils) for the best night I’ve had in a long while. I don’t care if the guys say your hair looks like salad, I love the short hair. Looks way more punk! Anyway, thanks again for a great show, and if you’re still looking for that four-eyes really square regular guy, I’m in Regina. Haven’t been on my BMX in a while, but I can bust it out anytime! :D

I was introduced to you after the show in Saskatoon (at the Ex) a couple of years ago. You sounded like the girl next door!!
That taught me NEVER to judge anyone on first impressions, and you left a lasting impression on me.

YOU WERE AMAZING LAST NIGHT!:) I know it sounds nuts but I was so pumped!! ahahaha u touched my hand!!:D i’ve been to ur show three times and in the front every time and I finally got to hi five u!! My bitches were so jelous!! I probably sound like a creep but wutev I WAS PUMPED:) Hope u had a blast in North Beautiful! COME BACK!

My birthday is on July 10th, my home town is Coaldale Alberta, sounds like a road trip to me! And then back to Calgary to watch ya at the Stampede on the 11th or UFC 100 not sure yet. CAN NOT WAIT!!!!

It’s me again! Your show last night in North Battleford was stellar! You are a beautifully awesome person and thank you so much for being concerned when I was being pushed up against the stage by the people behind me, and thank you so much for letting me sing/scream in the mic so many times!! I had an amazing time which I won’t soon forget!! I’m glad you liked the bananas I brought for you!!! :) :) :) Enjoy the rest of your tour and I hope to see you in concert again soon!! Much LOVE!!

Looking beautiful as always, all of you! 2 days until I get to see you on stage, but sadly, I know you probably don’t have time to see everyone at the concert and those lucky enough to have meet n greets would not trade/sell their tickets to me so I don’t get my biggest dream to come true, but I still get to see you live so that’s awesome… Yell a shout out to Bunnie for me when you are in the Hat (because my real name, Jessoa, is hard for some people to pronounce properly) so I don’t feel so bad lol… :P Sigh… anyway, take care, I know you are busy and don’t have time to read a lot. Hey Bif! Awesome concert! (Regina, Saskatchewan) The Distrikt:)! The Scatterhearts and Manvills-hah I probably spelt those names wrong ahh well. So here is a funny .. sort of funny story. My friend told me that you were coming to Regina, so I thought sweet I should go and grab a ticket.. I left it until that very day! Wrong fucking move ANYWAY! So I get to the Distrikt at.. you guessed it 6:30 p.m. ! I wanted in! So … the guys from Scatterheart come out .. one at a time.. celebrities hey.. I am KIDDING!.. anyway.. they were freaking sweet. Nice guys.
I just wanted to tell you that I think you are beautiful and you have amazing energy on stage!
P.s. I was the guy; front row and center! (being early pays off!!)

Saw the show in Saskatoon you were awesome, you didn’t even miss a beat with that little disturbance off stage, crazy people. That was the first time to see you live and I will see you again. Love your music keep on rocking.

Bif, no matter what your hair looks like (I think it looks great), we’re always gonna think you are incredibly gorgeous and amazing and brave and appreciate every note that you hit (even if you squeak a couple, we’ll love those too). =) You’re amazing, lady! We loved you coming back to Winnipeg!!

I was in Vancouver the weekend of June 13-15.
My father and myself were walking his dog to “poop” hill. Which I think you are referring to. My father starting talking to a gentleman with his dog. My father commented that he had not seen the gentleman for awhile. The gentleman stated that he had just returned from visiting his wife on tour.
I nearly shit my pants!!! As I recognized your husband and Nicklas!!!! It was very funny because I was wearing the Bif Naked Showing Ink long sleeve shirt!
You are a true goddess and I will be seeing on June 26th in Edmonton!!!
