Everyday is RockpartyLoveBliss

NamasteSalaamSussreekallBonjour!!!! HappyBeautiful blessings to all of you! I trust your week has flown by and I am hoping you all have productive-plans-for-happiness for the coming weekend. :)
On tour, everyday is Saturday (and every night is, therefore, “Saturday Night”) boooyah! The shows are SOOOO FUN!
So sweaty. I mean, disgustingly sweaty. LOL! I’m actually *gasp* grateful for my SHORT hair!!!!!! It would be murder gettin that sweaty on stage everynight with that long hair. (Plus, with headbanging-or-antics, I often “ate” my hair during songs as it flipped into my gob all the time!)
The guys are definately beyond my expectations of “bandmates”. We are a TEAM and its like being in hockeycamp when you are a kid, y’know? Suffer together and triumph together. Its pretty cool. All eight of us. Like that tv show, “Eight is Enough” only different. LOL!
I’ve always been pretty lucky that way, as a bit of a “tomboy” (even though you+I know I’m a self-confessed “girlygirl” too: its probably written somewhere in Vedic Astrology, or Gemini stuff) True Band Team-stuff crosses all caste, creed, and gender boundaries. Everyone is equal, for the most part.
Perhaps, like most everything I think about, it has a bit of a Utopian sheen. Ever the positive grrl, I endeavour to seek the beauty in All Things.
But I sure as fuck don’t have to try hard to find beauty in rockshows. It finds ME! And it is a joyful experience (even though the setlist is ambitiously long and there are a lot of “screamo” songs for me…I am basically hoarse most hours of the day! LOL!)
But I am overwhelmed with gratitude for my effort+abilities every day. I still pinch myself.
Plus I’m surviving with bananas, oranges, pineapples, and HempBliss and Vega shakes. Just like home! I even found. gorgeous organic cherry tomatos! Yum!
The boys+crew have taken to making steaks for themselves on a barbeque they bust out from the busbays. Its. pretty funny, to me, so I had to take a picture and share with you (see above).
It is a Family Picnic everyday, and a supaflyfuckyeahRock-n-Roll partay everynight!
Wow!
Life is so neat. One day you’re in the hospital, and then-the next thing you know-you’re on TOUR! Om Nama Shivaya. And, the thing to remember is that life is like that.
You just NEVEREVER know what life will bring. So be happy. Have a barbeque (even try a VEGAN barbeque! Heh, heh..) And enjoy everyminute.
No matter what.
Blessings. Bliss. Lovenergy. Horns. Me. You. Them. Us. Bananas. Yay!
Om Sai Ram. Om Sai Love.

First off, early happy birthday to you Biffy, and me too for that matter as we share the 15th in that regard. This year I get to spend my birthday in the hospital in Texas, yuck. Oh well, we do what we have to do. Hopefully it will be worthwhile. I’m glad the tour’s going great and you guys/girl are having such a rockfest. Keep it up. I’ll keep you in my thoughts, prayers, well wishes, and general vibes of health, love and happiness. Take care, and rock on.

First, before I forget, happy early b-day. You are so right about life’s strange turns. I ended up marrying and having a little girl with the last person I’d expect. But that is why life is so great. Glad touring is going well. Love, love, love “The Promise”. Sorry it took me so long to really get to listen to it. All I’m gonna say is I have a 10 month old who is the size of a 13 month old. Sometimes she has me so busy I forget to relax! Sounds a bit heavier than usual and it totally works. Honeybee is my favorite, Red flag in a close second. Wishing I was close enough to see you live, and sending all my love and best wishes.

Saw you this afternoon in Kingston walking back to your bus. You looked tired so I didn’t want to bother you. However, I did want to say that I really like the new album and you kick ass! I can’t even make it to the show at the Ale House, I’m broke ass. All the best.

Hey Bif!! Guess the short hair is a bonus! If I start a song and my hair gets in my mouth I have to play the whole thing with hair stuck to my lips cos I play guitar too, no free hands, doh! haha!!! I find pineapple juice is soothing for overworked singing muscles too ;) and as for cherry tomatoes I love it when they pop as you munch ‘em.
Hee hee hee, sounds like you’re having an awesome time, and no doubt you will have an amazing birthday, wishing you an fantasticsuperduper day.
Much Love

Hey Bif, I am so happy that you are having an awesome time on tour but I know eating is always an issue for you! See if you can have someone find you some Health Nut Butter…it is full of yummy goodness all vegan and raw. My fav is the Choco la la. Full of yummy seeds and cocao!!

Hello Almighty Bificus! I love you.
I have always loved you. I will always love you.
That having been said…
I can’t take “The Promise” out of my CD Player. I’m addicted. Just goes to show what a strong, persevering, inspirational, beautiful person you are. You really let it all hang out this time, and “My Innocence” really hits home on a lot of levels.
All I can say is, I hope you have some U.S. dates, and the San Francisco Bay Area in particular, coming up. Last time I saw you in the states “live” was in Tallahassee Florida on the “I, Bificus” tour. Waaaaaayyyy Tooooo LLooooonnnggg ago!!
I’m a goof for ordering the digital version of your CD, and will definitely be picking up the real deal autographed version in the near future…. as in later this week.
For now, it is so great that you are churning out the music and hittin’ the road again. I know telling you to “Take it Easy” would be like trying to tame a hurricane, so just do what you always do and keep on keepin’ on. Om Sai Ram. Om Sai Love to U2!!

Oh, yeah… and Happy Bif-Day to you too. Mine is June 4, so I guess we’re both born under the sign of the twins. Where can a Bif Naked devotee send an original birthday greeting/gift? You give so much to us all that I think we oughtta give a little back!! I know I have a special offering to Your Majesty!

You looked so FANTASTIC (tell the guys to stick their comments about your hair..lol) Keep rocking it HARD and we will keep you in our prayers everyday…….BTW come back to Toronto more often K.
