There is a character named Herschel on the cartoon SQUIDBILLIES. My husband calls my little boy that, because the Herschel on the cartoon kills off all the siblings and is mega-destructive.

Good vibes biffy, I played a gig yesterday too, I was feeling sick sick sick, but I played and sang and I loved every second of it. I thought, if this was Bif she’d be playing anyways, so on stage I went and was shaking inbetween songs and catching my breath. It was still so cool, everyone dancing and cheering for us. I’d love one day to do that on a bigger scale, how awesome. You are one lucky lady :) (one hard-working-deseves-every-second-of-it lady!!) haha!
As for slippery elm bark tea…. blerrrrrgggggg!!
When I can’t sleep I have a meditation where I imagine I’m lying on a beach and the waves are lapping at my feet, and as the water gets higher over my body the more my body sinks into sleep. Usually by the time I’ve gotten to my midsection I’m well on my way to snoozeland!!

I wish i could sing for thousands of people (we don’t even have a talent show at school anymore :( lol) Nevertheless, i always suck down lemon juice (for the low notes) and/or organic throat coat tea made by Traditional Medicinals (yummy). Hope you have lots of fun and good luck!

Hmmm, Hershel hey, I could see perhaps Hershey (did I spell that right? Oh well if I didn’t.) like the chocolate, but not really Hershel. Unless perhaps he was saying it like two words like her shell, like you were breaking out or something, like coming into your own. But, I read far too much shit into things at times, so who knows. Yes, I too feel a need to thank freedom fighters around the globe, though I wish humanity could just find peace with itself, and stop all this useless war, but sadly I don’t see that happening anytime soon. So instead I’ll end this disjointed paragraph by saying good luck, blessed be, God bless, and sleep well. Don’t worry, it will come eventually. I’d say just try and sleep when free time allows, if you feel the least bit sleepy that is, but don’t try and force it if you don’t. Take care, and have a great week.

I have the same problem with sleeping meds of any type, i end up drowsey at work (and actually till the next evening), and chasing students needs LOTS of energy. Have a WONDERFUL day and enjoy what’s left of spring.
