I am to afflicted with ‘trucker mouth’. I LOVE IT!! I find it a good stress reliever.. as does gum chewing. What kind of cinnamon gum? I constantly chaw on EXTRA’s Fire… goooooooooooooooooooood facking gawd it is amazing!

I eated my last banana last night :(
I love them. They are great for tummy-aches. And dude, I totally feel ya about the guys not wearing deodorant at the gym. A few months ago this one guy was walking around stinking like B.O and then he walked up to me during my routine and goes “What do your tattoos mean?”
He was really nice. It’s too bad he was a stinky.

I happened to come across an article today about bananas and learned something new! It said that when you bring your bananas home, you should seperate them as they’ll ripen more slowly if they’re not all connected at the stem. Who knew?!!!

You continue to inspire. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Sept 08 and my treatment has been easier than yours (for me – surgery, chemo and radiation over nine months). I took a similar approach to you though – kept it all out in the open, answered all the questions, and begged everyone I met to LOOK AFTER THEMSELVES. Your album release coincides with my one year ‘cancer free’ anniversary…..now THAT will be a celebration.
Keep it all up Bif … your spirits, your open heart, and the music!
