YOU RULE SO HARD!
Namaste and salaam you BeautifulTALENTED People! Thank you so truly for bringing myself, and the editors of the videos, so much boundless joy! Holy FFFFFFFUUUUUUCK (oops) you guys are AMAZING! There are soooo many entries and everyone put their heart into the effort. I’m so touched and so excited and just freaking at how incredible you all are.
I will update you, as I know more, but its going to be so fun for all of us to watch each other’s efforts. I loved sharing the process with you all. It was so cool to be able to do it together, non?
I love it all! Love it!
And, I even love Toronto, where I am writing this. As you may know, I’m here embarking on promotion for our upcoming record, and it is a schedule of back-to-back interviews. I have enjoyed seeing all of my peeps, out here, and my friend, George, interviewed me on his show last night. He is so funny and I loved seeing him. And, also, my pals, Anvil, were there doing press also.
They are so awesome! The first time I saw them was at this crazy place called Bird’s Hill in New Jersey. Man! I have never forgotten that show not ever! It was along time a go and Lips, the singer, was making me laugh with all his funny stage antics and they were so punnishingly loud bringin-tha-metal, my ears rang for weeeeeeks! :)
It snowed here, yesterday morning, then it was sunny in the afternoon. Weird, man. Like my Vancouver’s weird weather, its all about Global Warming, I’m convinced.
Today I’m leaving the hotel for the press day after my 4am wake-up call (yeah…..that’s 1am Vancouver time, ya feel me?) Nice and early. Love it!
I’m having a fantastic time at CMW and there are a lot of cool bands here.
(But I miss most of em, unfortunately, as I don’t finnish my workday and git back to my hotel to my solitude until almost 9pm…..)
I’m totally into this place. My hotel is pretty secluded and that’s how I like it, y’all. :)
I hope everyone has a freakyhappy weekend and I will update you as soon as I know more about how the video edits are going. :)

Just watched you & Georgie online and had to come say: lovelovelove your spirit! You looked super hott (with two T’s, that right) and listening to your opinions made me smile. I was glad to see you so vital and positive – your energy was contagious! Um, so… a question to the Universe: is it très uncool to want to copy someone’s post-chemo haircut because well, then, I’m seriously uncool. I can’t wait for Cinqo de Mayo and some new Nekked Music. YAY! PS: “Be soft but rock hard.” <— this rocks, hard.

You looked so gorgeous on the Hour last night! I went over to my mom’s place (since I don’t have cable) and the whole family crowded around the TV to watch you.
Your outfit was so awesome! You always look so sharp no matter what you do. I like the short hair. It makes you look smart and sophisticated, while at the same time, punky and fun. Short hair is very versatile like that. Every couple years or so I hack all mine off. It’s so much fun.
Whenever I listen to you talk, I get tears in my eyes because you’re so inspirational. Keep rockin’ it Bif!

i loved the interview too i twittered you almost right away last night BUT i think my fav part was your shout out to i assume walker at the end. that was coool. lol loved that! You ofcoarse were beautiful, and very funny. I loved everything!!

So I stayed up and watched you last night on the Hour. You were so beautiful and inspiring as always. It was really great to see you! I sat in my jammies, and got all teary watching you all smiley and happy. The obsticles you have overcome and the fucking strength you have Biffy, is truly inspiring. What a fantastic role model you have been these past 13 years. You are DA WOMAN!

I watched you last on the Hour and you were great :). I can sooo feel ya when you talked about the ’surprise’ that was your cancer; when the nurse tells you go ‘over there with *those* ladies” and you’re thinking, but I’m fit and I’m Vegan! This isn’t supposed to happen to me!! WTF?! Oh man I hear that!!
I love your optimism though :) and the new song rocks!

Ooh just listened to the new song. I listened to it in private, on my headphones.. then I blasted it for the whole house to hear! My boyfriend and cats love it! Hahaha! What a lovely surprise. We also bought 3 copies of you on the cover of the Vancouver Sun.

Thank you soo much for the contest and allowing us to be involved in the process of one of your videos. :) I have seen some of the videos you have chosen so far and I will say that they are pretty cool!! I am grateful to you for allowing me to make the entry I did for you, I never made a personal one of ME!..ever!.. I totally stepped out of my comfort zone. I am glad that I did! I think it has helped me see some things differently. I am growing out my hair for locks of love and donating as soon as it gets a lil longer! <3
My heart swells with pride just knowing that you are getting better and are still as exciting as ever! even more..
If you check my youtube channel you’ll see my kitty Miss Bee I made a video of her a couple years ago to my whole life! She LOVES bif naked too! ^_~

I love your hair!! :) I made the mistake of hiding my post-chemo hair under this awful pink hat. I should have just liked it as it was.
I hope I get to see you when you tour. You’re amazing and inspiring. Everyone should be as sweet and positive as you.
