Sing fer yer supper…..
Namaste, Salaam, Merhaba, Bonjour and howwwwwdy-do to all you Beautiful People! I hope your Universe is showering you will bliss this week……..it was a fun vocal session for me. Most of the vocals, as you may remember, I did with my weetle bald head (and the stupid headphones kept sliding off!!!!) And now they stay ON!!!!!! Yay! Yay!

Other than that, I want to tell you I am obsessed with two things, this week: bananas (big shocker!) And BEYONCE’S ASS!!! Hahahha! I saw a video (remember: I don’t watch much tv…so of course its “new” to me, though I’m sure you’ve all seen it..) In her video for her song, “Single Ladies” and its her and two other girls in these hot outfits, dancing. Man! That girl is sooooooooo cute! Hahaha! I almost fell off the treadmill (which the tv was in front of, at one of the gyms I go to) I met her (and Destiny’s Child) at Much Music in Toronto, a couple years ago. They were very nice to me.
Someday, when I grow up, I would like to have an ass like that! Hahaha! (Rumour has it, boys like em….thus- my motivation, heh, heh) I guess I just have to eat more bananas.

Gotta tell ya Biffy, looking damn fine. And I’m so happy those headphones stayed on. The ones we have in the studios at my college are so big they don’t stay on my head well either. It’s a pain when I’m trying to sing or play guitar. I feel your pain!
Good luck with the new album, I’m so totally buzzed about it! I know it’s going to be my new fave record. Remember, the UK loves you so come see us when you’re fightin’ fit and show us how to rock :)

Hi Bif, I like Singin’ and I like Supper, two of my favorite things, I really shouldn’t eat so much and sing a lot more, I have this picture of when I met you at the X Games and I look like I could eat you, I mean I wasn’t that huingry that day, Scotty had shown me where the Red Bulls we’re, the Bottom line is, the World is a better place with Bif Naked makin’ records and eatin’ supper, because she makes us smile :-) Pea’s be with You…..

It’s so good to see you back! Your journey and music gives me hope. In my own painful journey, your music uplifts me and makes me sing. Lately, my morning mantra includes “Every day” and even my son rocks to “I love myself today”. I love seeing your short hair, my friend Cassie, is starting to get her hair back now (she fought breast cancer and then was diagnosed with Lymphoma shortly after) both of you are such inspirations to me. If you’re ever in my neck of the woods, I’ll make a kick ass breakfast for you, my vegan pancakes rock! Even my carnivore friends love them! Peace and joy to you. xoxox
